Ma sa laa ch'ool is a Q'eqchi greeting that means, "Is your heart happy?" The response would be, sa lin ch'ool, which means, "Yes, I am happy in my heart." Hopefully I'll be learning a few more words of Q'eqchi during my stay in the Toledo District of Belize this year. I haven't technically left the country yet, that happens early tomorrow morning.
